Minimum Hire Spend
-For locations between Gold Coast Metro and Brisbane Metro we have a minimum hire spend of $600+gst. Outside of these areas has increased minimum spends and is subject to a case by case scenario. Other charges may apply.
– We do also offer a dry-hire service on a selection of items, it will state if an item is available for the dry-hire service in the item details.
Labour – during standard operating hours only – Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm
Includes onsite unloading and setup of all items, pack down and reloading of all items
Based on 2 staff members $45 per hour per staff member, this will be quoted separately based on each job.
Travel Charges – during standard operating hours only – Monday to Saturday 6am to 6pm
The travel distance to and from the event location from head office based in Ormeau 4208.
-Gold Coast Metro $90+gst within a 20kms radius from Oxenford 4210 extra charges may apply outside of these areas
-Brisbane Metro $90+gst within a 20km radius from Ormeau 4208., extra charges may apply outside of these areas

After hours delivery, collection, setup and pack down
• Monday – Saturday 6pm-8pm add $100+gst
• Monday – Saturday 8pm till Midnight add $150+gst
• Sunday 6am-6pm add $80+gst
• Sundays 6pm-8pm $150+gst
• Sundays 8pm-Midnight $200+gst
• Public Holidays add $250+gst
