Minimum Hire Spend
-For locations between Gold Coast Metro and Brisbane Metro we have a minimum hire spend of $300+gst. Outside of these areas has increased minimum spends and is subject to a case by case scenario. Other charges may apply.
– We do also offer a dry-hire service on a selection of items, it will state if an item is available for the dry-hire service in the item details. If you wish to pick up an order, the minimum spend is $200+gst
Travel Charges – during standard operating hours only – Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm
The travel distance to and from the event location from head office based in Ormeau 4208.
-Gold Coast Metro $50+gst within a 20kms radius from Oxenford 4210 extra charges may apply outside of these areas
-Brisbane Metro $75+gst within a 20km radius from Ormeau 4208., extra charges may apply outside of these areas

After hours delivery, collection, setup and pack down
• Monday – Saturday 5pm-9pm add $150+gst
• Monday – Saturday 9pm till Midnight add $200+gst
• Sunday 9am-5pm add $150+gst
• Sundays 5pm-9pm $200+gst
• Sundays 9pm-Midnight $250+gst
• Public Holidays add $250+gst
